Some properties may require proof of employment or a reference letter. Any specific document requirements will be listed on the property page — if in doubt, message the host before you confirm the booking.

Cancellation and refund rules depend on the individual listing and host policy. Before confirming, you'll see the cancellation window and whether the security deposit is refundable. For most bookings, early cancellations may incur a partial fee; emergency cancellations are handled case-by-case. To request a refund, contact support via the Contact page and include your booking details and reason — we'll review it and coordinate with the host.
